Key Responsibilities MCB :

As a Cash Officer at MCB Bank, your necessary  role is to make sure a smooth cash transactions and excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Cash Handling

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals and payments accurately.
• Ensure proper counting, verification and balancing of cash.
• Maintain cash limits as per bank policies.

Customer Service

• Assist customers with their banking transactions.
• Provide guidance on banking services and products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.

Transaction Management

• Handle account-related transactions efficiently.

Educational Requirements:
